EDUCATION

I have a broad-based educational background, with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and several years experience as a computer corporate sales representative, trainer, and troubleshooter. My graphic, print, and web design company was founded in 1991. After building several satisfying long-term relationships with clients, I realized how much I enjoy the personal connection and brainstorming involved in working closely with small businesses, helping them to grow. In 2008, I graduated from AssistU, the premier organization for training Virtual Assistants. As you can see from reading the Testimonials on the main page of this site, I am able to become a long-term member of your team — dedicated to your success!

EXPERIENCE

I actually love technology! There’s always something new to learn! From my early days as a corporate trainer and trouble-shooter to teaching courses on the internet and technology at the local community college, I enjoy sharing what I know. My work as a Virtual Assistant during this amazing time of burgeoning technology and ever-expanding online possibilities for business has enabled me to add high-level skills to my portfolio. From helping working with a non-profit (including their initial launch), to providing support in the day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar online retail company (which includes a continual assessment of new tools for their shopping site), the most important skill I bring to my clients is the intelligence and ability to Figure Things Out.
